We will do our utmost to service any reasonable request whether it be to turnaround a guest order within 2 hours (collection, processing and delivery) from first contact to create 20 pillows from 10 long ones on Christmas Eve. We are sure that you will be more than satisfied with our service as our REFERENCES testify. Once we saved someone's job by doing an overnight service as the employee had spilled drinks all over some guests even though that was not part of the service arrangements.

We will do our utmost to resolve any complaints as expeditiously as possible. In the case that you believe that we have damaged a garment, we will come to a conclusion within 7 working days. 99.99% of the time, we come to an agreement with our customers without having to resolve to going through our insurance company as this is a much quicker way of resolving an issue and thereby providing a better customer service. In the case where a customer wishes to process the complaint via the insurance, we are fully insured with the specialist insurer LFC Shields.
